Learning Curve

Some trim went up around two windows. The upper loft will need a redo on two pieces after I continue doing the rest. Learned that I should keep screws away from the window flange, it stresses the cement board causing cracks. If it was wood there wouldn't be a problem. The screw heads fit flush when I pre-drill just a bit. There are shims behind the boards so water can drain away, there will be no caulking on this house.
