Not much to report. The weather is not good but hey, it's winter. The roof underlayment and the plastic are holding up well. Thankfully, there hasn't been excessive wind. Just snow!

  1. Is that underlayment made of metal? It looks seriously hardcore. I wouldn't worry about the snow, as the underlayment I purchased said it would hold against weather for 6 weeks, and that was just generic stuff.

  2. It's a synthetic underlayment purchased at Lowe's. It's holding up very well and if I have any doubts about it's condition there is plenty more on the roll. If I remember correctly it can stay uncovered 6 months but sure hope I don't put it to the test that long.
